Namoh Expedition accepts payments through selected methods to ensure a smooth and secure transaction process. Please read the details below regarding our accepted payment options and policies.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following options:

• Cash – Payments can be made in cash at our office or directly to our representatives.
• Google Pay – We accept UPI payments via Google Pay.
• NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) – You can transfer payments directly from your bank account using NEFT.
• IMPS (Immediate Payment Service) – Instant bank-to-bank transfers are accepted through IMPS.
• QR Code Payments – You can scan and pay using UPI QR codes provided by us.
• International Bank Transfer – For travelers from outside India, we accept payments via international bank transfer. Bank details will be provided upon request.

2. Payment Methods We Do Not Accept

To avoid confusion, please note that we do not accept the following payment methods:

• Debit Cards – We do not process payments via debit cards.
• Credit Cards – We do not accept any credit card payments.

3. Payment Policies

• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed for international travelers.
• Payments should be completed before confirming bookings. We do not offer “pay later” options.
• Payment Structure Policy
  • A 20% booking deposit is required for all trips
  • 70% of the total amount must be paid 40 days before the trip start date.
  • The remaining 100% should be settled 15 days prior to departure.
• Payment confirmation will be provided upon receipt of funds.
• For bank transfers, customers must share the transaction reference number for verification.
• If you are an international traveler, ensure that your bank allows international transactions to avoid delays.
• Additional Bank Charges for Foreign Currency Payments: If payments are made in USD (U.S. Dollar), GBP (British Pound), or EUR (Euro), additional charges may apply to cover bank transaction fees. The exact fee will depend on the exchange rate and bank processing costs.
