Cancellation Policy

At Namoh Expedition, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both domestic and international travelers. Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your booking.


Cancellation Policy for Domestic Tourists (Indian Nationals)

1. Cancellation Timeframes & Refund Structure

  • 30 days or more before departure: 75% refund of total booking amount

  • 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% refund

  • 7 to 14 days before departure: 25% refund

  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

2. Non-Refundable Charges

  • A standard 10% of the total trip cost is non-refundable to cover administrative and booking fees.

3. No-Show Policy

  • No refunds will be issued in case of a no-show on the day of departure.

4. Trip Rescheduling Option

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 15 days before the trip, subject to availability.

  • A rescheduling fee of INR 2,000 per person applies.

5. Force Majeure Clause

  • In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions, rescheduling or credit vouchers may be offered at our discretion.


Cancellation Policy for International Tourists

1. Cancellation Timeframes & Refund Structure

  • 45 days or more before departure: 80% refund of total booking amount

  • 30 to 44 days before departure: 50% refund

  • 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% refund

  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

2. Non-Refundable Charges

  • A 15% non-refundable deposit applies to all international bookings to cover currency exchange, coordination, and processing costs.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Full trip cost will be forfeited in case of a no-show.

4. Trip Rescheduling Option

  • Rescheduling is permitted 30 days prior to the trip date, with a fee of USD 50 per person.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and price differences may apply.

5. Force Majeure Clause

  • In the event of extraordinary circumstances such as natural calamities, international travel bans, or pandemics, Namoh Expeditions will evaluate the situation and may provide travel credits or alternate travel dates.


General Terms Applicable to All Travelers

  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 15 business days.

  • Bank transfer charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation policies are subject to change without prior notice based on operational needs and government regulations.
